Mr. Montain �bstained. Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mr. Montain to approve the February 20, 2001 Economic Development Committee <br /> Meeting minutes, seconded by Mr. Rehbine. All in favor. Motioned carried. <br /> Ms. Fairbrother handed out the sealed ballots for Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year to be <br /> opened. They were all opened and handed to Mr. Rehbine to tally. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Design Team —" Ideas in Action" <br /> City Theme� Historical <br /> Ms. Fairbrother received a letter from council member Cagra.. This letter was in regards to historical <br /> markers that Ms. Capra was working on when she was a member of EDC. Her letter identified the two <br /> (2)' places in Iron Mountain, MI that had the historical markers. One marker was at the Italian Church <br /> and the other was at the Dickerson County Court House. The Church's marker stated when the parish <br /> first was established and the age of the building. Ms. Capra stated that she had spoke with Father <br />
