Mayor Wilharber requested the following modifications: Page 6 change reference to <br /> Council Member Nelson concerning park dedication fee to Mayor Wilharber. Also on <br /> Page 6 indicate that Mr. Lundblad and Mr. Schoeberlein are connected to sewer but not <br /> to water. <br /> Mayor Wilharber requested Mr. March to include adjournment times and motions made <br /> subsequent to the Executive Session on page 14. <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded b_y Council Member Sweeney to <br /> approve the December 13, Z000, Citv Council Meeting Minutes with requested <br /> modifications. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> 7121 Centerville Road — Mr. Mike Baron & Mrs. Pat Camp-Baron <br /> This item was postponed while waiting for the arrival of Mr. Baron and Mrs. Camp- <br /> Baron. <br /> 6939 Centerville Road — Mr. Dale Greenwaldt <br /> Council reviewed a memo submitted by staff indicating that Mr. Greenwaldt had <br /> contacted City Hall requesting reimbursement for a telephone repair submitted to him by <br /> his tenants at 6939 Centerville Road. A copy of the bill was forwarded to City Engineer, <br /> Tom Peterson to determine whether the damages were related to the Hunter's Crossing <br /> project or Met Council project. <br /> Mayor Wilharber requested that Staff research this item further and report back to <br /> Council. <br /> Motion b�Mayor Wilharber, seconded by Council Member Travis to table this item <br /> until further reseach has been comnleted.
