Ground Development (Preliminary Plat — PUD)
Chairperson Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m.
Terry Hannah, Ground Development, gave a brief overview of the history of the
presented preliminary plat for the revised Planned Unit Development (PUD). A
previously submitted preliminary plat was denied by the Planning and Zoning
Commission due to non-conformity of PUD requirements.
The submitted revised preliminary plat contains seventy-seven (77) lots rather than the
previously submitted preliminary plat containing eighty-eight (88) lots. Mr. Hannah stated he would be in attendance at the next Parks and Recreation
Committee meeting to ascertain their trail way specifications.
Mr. John Lundblad, 6904 Centerville Road, inquired as to where the cul-de-sac would be
located and how Ground Development would provide access to the cul-de-sac for his
driveway.
