Motion seconded by Mr. Brown. All in favor. Motion carried. I <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Mr. Wayne LeBlanc distributed a packet of information that was compiled fi the Minnesota <br /> Design Team visit last summer. The packet included drawings, sketches, visions and literature <br /> from the Design Team visit, along with excerpts that related to the parks and trails from the <br /> Centerville Comp Plan. He also included a copy of the Park and Trail System Comp Plan that <br /> was never adopted, but was referenced in the Comp Plan itself. The last of the informarion <br /> contained in Mr. LeBlanc's packet was information that the City of Circle Pines distributes to it's <br /> residents about the trails in Circle Pines. <br /> 1 <br />
