It appears that the ditch in front of City Hall and the ditch east of the fire hall driveway are at a higher elevation than the ditches on the no�th side of Main Street, just east of Shad Avenue. According to Paul and a representative from Anoka County that was on site, this may be causing some of the drainage issues in the swale that runs north of Main Street between the backyards ofi the residents living befinreen Shad Avenue and Brian Drive. Paul was going to inquire about renting RO-SO's backhoe to muck out the ditches using pubiic works staff. This dry fall would be a perfect time to complete such a project.
