He has contacted the appraiser the City has used in the past to schedule an <br /> appraisal and she will complete the appraisal as soon as possible. He also advised Council that <br /> Mr. Huber has removed the last underground tank on the property and the soil tests of the <br /> property should be avaiiable in the neaz future.
