Mr. Green would <br /> like to install a fence on the property to make it "Iook nice", instead of just letting the land sit , <br /> there. Mr. Palzer indicated that currently the property is zoned as"Pazk Land", and proposed ' <br /> City Council physically look at the property before granting the request.
