., 9/ll1999 TO: City of Centerville- Park & Rec. Dept and City Council RE: Fence placement at 7160 Brian Way Dear Council Members, It is my wish to place a fence around my yard located at 7160 Brian Way. A portion of this fence would cunently reside on a smatl portion of land which is zoned Park & Rec. land (see attached photo). This pie shaped piece of land (see accompanying diagram) was originally zoned before the completion of the "Rolling Meadows" and "Hardwood Pond Estates" developments. I have had both the building inspector (Ken) and Paul Palzer come out to my home and look at the property and both seem to feel at the time that there is no real use of this land by the Park & Rec. I have appeared before the City Council and it was then motioned to your department. I am seeking that this land could be deeded to me (I would incur all surveying costs) in order to place the fence in a continuous manner with the existing fence that boarders the park. At a minimum I am seeking that the city allow me to put the fence up according to plan. I understand that I may ' have to remove the fence for any access needed, but also realize that this would be highly unlikely based upon the position of the fence and surrounding environment.
