Nlotion seconded by Doug Porter. All in favor. tilotion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> 5tatus of naming of Ro�al hleadows Park - council mistakenl� named it RQ�aI Oak Park <br /> Ms. Lien mentioned NIs. Gaustad wi1l correct the error in the City Cauncil minutes. <br /> Iindate on Acorn Creek Park (Letter fram C'ouncilmember �Iari Nelsan and <br /> Neighborhood Network Committee. <br /> Since we atready discussed this with the Nei�hborhood Ne�work Committee the Park and <br /> Recreation Committee felt this was alreadv covered. <br /> Srat��s of Notification to Residents re� a� rdin� easements and Trail Linkage Grant <br /> Mr. Porter questioned if the Cit_y should notify the residents of the possible trail going <br /> through witk the Trai1 Linkage Grant. <br /> Ntr. March felt it woutd be easier and wc�uld cause less confusion if w� waited until that <br /> propert_y comes into development. Possibl_y the City could get the developer to pay for the i <br /> tr�il. <br /> I <br /> NE�' BUSINFSS <br /> Si�ns for Acorn Creek Park and Rov�1 Meadows Park <br /> Mr. 1Vlarch explained that Mr. Gene Houte has offered to build two more si�ns to be , <br /> placed at Royal �leadows Park and Acorn Creek Park. These signs vvould look the same <br /> as the signs placed at Tracie McBride Park and Laurie LaMotte Park. <br /> Mr. Brown questioned if Mr. Houle would be donating his time. Mr. March confirmed � <br /> that Mr. Houle wauld be donating his time, addin� he is lookin� to ha��e the City pay for <br /> the cost of materials. <br /> Motion by i���r. Brawn to have Mr. Hout� construct not two, but three signs to be <br /> placed at Acorn Creek Park, Royal Meadows Park and Eagle Park, not to exceed <br /> $750.00 or it must come back to the Park and Recreation Committee for approval. <br /> 1L`Iofion seconded by Doug Porter.
