Porter to approve the October 6, 1999 Park and Recreation Meeting <br /> Minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. Brown. All in favor. 1�Totion carried. <br /> �PPEAR�NCES <br /> Mr. Wayne LeB�anc disir�buted a packet of information that was compiled from the Minnesota <br /> Design Team visit last summer. The packet included drawings, sketches, visions and literature <br /> fram the Desi�n Team visit, along with excerpts that related to the parks and trails from the <br /> Centerville Comp Plan. He also included a copy of the Park and Trail System Comp Plan that <br /> was nev�r adopted, but was referenced in the Comp Plan itself. The last of the information <br /> contained in 1�1r. LeBlane's packet was information that the City o�f Circle Pines distributes to it's <br /> residents about the trails in Circle Pines. <br /> 1 <br />
