lOrlr. LeBlanc stressed ho�l impressed he was with the Design Team, explaining they did a�reat <br /> job of creating a"shared vision" and noted that everything is "doable". Mr. LeBlanc wanted to <br /> re-iterate the PmpQrtance of the City f�allc�wing tlu��ugh with the visions presented by the Design <br /> Team. He also asked Mr. March if the City follovvs the Comp Plan, when it w�as approved and if <br /> Mr. l�larch would keep the information in the Cr�mp Plan u�dated. Mr. Le�lanc questioned a few <br /> different �rail ea�ements, and if the City follows the Centerville Park and PedesYrian Sys�em C�mp <br /> Plan which is referenced in the Comp Plan. The Park and Pedestrian Sy�tem Comp Plan specifies <br /> that the City would like to be pedestrian friendly. <br /> Mr. March stated that for the most pa� th� City does follow the Comp Plan �vhich w�s approved <br /> �n 1997. <br /> 1�1r. Larson explained that a former member of the Park and R�creatiora �c�mmittee dr the <br /> Ce��tervitle Park and Pedest�rian System Comp Plan, as a"thumb sketch" but was n�ver �fficiallv <br /> au�c�pted by �he City. <br /> Mr. L�eBlanc mentioned that he wo�ald b� willing to "�ackle the project" of �pdating 1 scanning the <br /> Park and Pedestrian System Comp Plan. The last of Mr. LeBla�c'� information consisted of th� <br /> information the City of Circle Pines distributes regarding trails, �nd a sk�teh prepar�d by a Mr. <br /> Michael Pressman / Director of Planning for the "1000 Friends of Minnesota".
