' <br /> , <br /> Chair Welk opened the Planning and Zoning meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br /> II PUBLIC HEARING (S) � <br /> A. Variance Request - D: Kiliian (1695 Soret Street) <br /> Mr. Killian explained that his wife is handicapped and needs ramp access into their home. � <br /> He proposed to convert his porch into a ramp. Currently, the porch is on t�e set back � <br /> line. Ms. Broussard Vickers felt other homeowners enjoy the right to access their ' <br /> home. Whereas, the Kiltian family does not ha.ve access, nor enjoyment. Nir. Killian <br /> mentioned at the last Council meeting the Attorney did not have a concem with the <br /> request. <br /> Motion by Ms. Broussard Vickers, s+econded by Mr. Haason to close the pabic <br /> 6earing. Motion carried unanimously. ' <br /> B. Rezone Request - Rehbein P�operties <br /> Ms. Gaustad gave a synopsis of the rezone request to transform property identified as Rl <br /> � (Rwal Residential) to ll(Industrial). Also, the property is identif ed in the Comprehensive <br /> � Plan as park areas. � � <br />
