Furthermore, the area, identified as Rl is located wittun an indust�ial <br /> corridor and the area would not be conducive to residential structures. Mr. Hanson <br /> mentioned what type of park would enjoyable in the middle of an industrial pa.rk. 11�Ir. <br /> Rehbein said the Comprehensive Plan indicates the area as parks, but it is not correct. <br /> Motion by Chair Welk, seconded recommend the pr�perty in Cl <br /> remain and the portion RI (Rural Residential) be rezoned to Il (Industrial) and the <br /> area that is park be rezoned accordingly, contingent upon the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission approval.
