I <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Committee 1Vtember Tim Rehbin� call�d the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> A.PPROVAL OF APRIL NIINUTES <br /> Motion by Mr. Montain to approve the April 20, 1999 meeting minutes. Ms. Capra � <br /> seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> OvD BUSIN�SS <br /> DESIGN TEAM - "IDEAS IN ACTION" <br /> A. Heritage Museum: <br /> B. Portable Exhibit: Ms. Fairbrother stated that she h�s spoken with Dennis Johnson <br /> (Landmark Exhibits}. Mr. Johnson is currently working on a variety of different quotes, <br /> and he will be contacting Ms. Fairbrotheriater this week. Ms. Capra informed the <br /> committee that the design team drawings are on film, and that she will be checking with <br /> Pro-Ex and Sir Speedy printers to see if they would be able to offer any ideas on this <br /> issue. <br />
