'Fhe comract was discussed which <br /> administrative changes. <br /> �Ir. Lessard the£ounci} to irrth�e <br /> Contract for silt fencing, since the average foot is $1.50 and there is not more than 500'. <br /> The Council denied Mr. Lessard's request ta reduc� the cost for silt feneing. <br /> Mr. Lessard recalled from a past Council rneeting that the City planned to pay the <br /> watermain oversizing cost. Mayvr V�iliiarber recalled-a discnssion in regards ta-the�City <br /> paying the watermain oversizing cost, however, he was not clear on what action the <br /> Council took. Staff was directed tv research the anct C ouncil tap� to determir�e if <br /> the watermain oversizing issue was discussed and if Council took action. Councilmember <br /> Nelsom read aloud excerpts of past reg�rding Center Villa subdivision. <br /> The Council elected to change page 9-#10 to read as fallows: <br />
