The committee asked Aimee Fa�rbrother to contact Jurr M�rch in regards to this issue bringing up the following criteria: 1. Need for one coritact g�rst�n that has know�edge of any activity gaing on in a 0 any of the different Design Team sub-committee groups. This person would need ,` to be natified of A� l�tt�rs� correspondenc�, meetings, etc. that ga on in ALL � ,k • sub-committees. s purpose of this person would b� o eliminate the duplication of work, protect the reputat�on ofthe city, and serve �a communication and � networking tool. This contact would be able to approve any formal verbal or written use of the Design Tea� name, as wetl as funds available for �! reimbursement. This person would communicate with EDC on a regutar basis to assure EDC's knowledge of activity in a.if sub-committee areas. EDC FUND-RAISERS Aimee Fairbrather indicated thatat the tast m�eting th� committee was discussing the possibility of selling city shirts, sweat shirts, denim shirts, hats, and coffee mugs as an adctitional source of revenue for EDelDesign Team expenditures. The �6mmittee is I interested in looking into selling city merchandise, and requested that Aimee Fairbrother took into the process. . ADJOURN Motion to adjaum at 8:40 was mad� by ehaiigerson Rehbine.
