The <br /> group would also like to see a complete circle tra31 around Centerville Lake. The reason <br /> this item is ranked lower on the priority list, is because its pragress will depend on County <br /> Road 14 improvements. Mr. LeBlanc added that there are also other possibilities that � <br /> could be looked into at a later time. <br /> Mr. LeBlanc then reviewed the groups priorities in reference to the lakes. The groups <br /> first priority wouid be providing lake access anrl a fishing pier at LaMotte Park. Mr. <br /> LeBlanc stated St. Paul Water has some properry right by LaMotte Park on the lake, that <br /> they may want to sell. This opportunitywould give the City the property needed to build <br /> a fishing pier and an overlook spot of the downtown area. The third priority is to build a <br /> connection between the Ia.kes with a bridge that would a11ow small boat traffic to go <br /> between the lakes. <br /> In regards to parks, the Parks; Traits and Lakes group would like to ensure that we get the <br /> equipment and shelters that residents want. Through the submittals of grants, the goup <br /> fe�ls that the city parks can be praperly c�evelop�d �and redeveloped. The bank would be located on the far east boundaty in Centerville, west of 21 st ; <br /> Ave north of Main Street. Mr. �Viarch c6ntinued� by stating that he has spoken with the � <br /> ba.nk, and they have shown interest in providing an easement on the southeast corner of <br /> the property, to place an entrance monument.
