No further information has been received at this time. <br /> 14) Zl Avenue <br /> Located along the east city boundary, south of Main Street, this project is being designed, <br /> bid, and constructed by the City of Lino Lakes. It involves storm sewer construction and I <br /> street reconstruction along the three (3) industrial park lots. I <br /> Current Status: The project was approved by Lino Lakes City Council. Centerville has <br /> reviewed the construction plans and submitted several comments. Drainage is a maj or <br /> concern. <br /> Renzaining Issues: Coordinate with Lino Lakes Engineer, John Powell, the construction I <br /> to take place in the Spring 1999. I <br /> 15) Lessard Propertv I <br /> Located on the west side of 20 Avenue, just south of Judicial Ditch 3. Lake Area I <br /> Utilities has this 1.7 acre parcel for sale and the City is considering purchasing it for a I <br /> future Public Works Facility. <br /> Current Status and Remaining Issues: Investigating the necessary steps to reduce the I <br /> floodway limits through this property. Current Flood Insurance rate maps show all but <br /> the extreme corner of the property within the floodway.
