We will be <br /> following up on these items over the next couple of months. <br /> 8) Lakeland Hills <br /> 40-lot development constructed in 1997, developed by Royal Oaks Realty included <br /> public streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer and water main. <br /> Current Project Status: All public infrastructure is completed with the exception of the <br /> final layer of bituminous, a segment of bituminous trail and some minor pond grading. <br /> This layer of bituminous was left off until most of the home construction was completed I <br /> to save the integrity of the new surface from construction equipment. <br /> Remaining Isszces: The developer is aware of all the outstandzng items listed above and <br /> this spring will be completing these items along with any punch-list. <br /> 9) Eagle Pass <br /> 149-1ot development constructed in 1997, developed by Gor-Em LLC included public <br /> streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer, water main and park improvements. <br /> Current Project Status: All public infrastruciure is completed with the exception of the <br /> final layer of asphalt, restoration along the park and park trail, and any punch list items. <br /> Remaining Issues: The completion of the sport court. i <br /> 10) Willow Glen I <br /> 48-lot multi-family development constructed in 1997, developed by Gerald Rehbein <br /> included public and private streets, sidewalks-trails, sanitary and storm sewer, and water <br /> main. <br /> Current Project Status: All infrastructures are completed. <br /> Re�naining Isszres: Verify that the final punch list has been completed. <br /> 11) Kinder�arten Building <br /> Located on the west side of 20` Avenue, just north of Clearwater Creek, this proposed <br /> building is in the early stages of design and review. <br /> Cicrrent Statzrs: Sketch plan has been reviewed with comments provided.
