Purchase of Telephone Headset/Voice Mail <br /> Ms. Gaustad requested the Council consider allowing Staff purchase telephone headsets. Councilmember <br /> Nelson shared that she would be willing to have staff loan her headphone on a trial basis. <br /> Motion by Mayor Wilharher, seconded hy Councilmember Brenrier since Councilmember Nelson is <br /> gracious enough to bring in her head sets for staff to experiment with to do so and upon satisfaction then <br /> authorize Staffto purchase telephone headsets. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Ms. Ga.ustad explained the Staffs desire to implement voice mail boxes for the Administrative Staff. <br /> The cost for three mailboxes is $38.25 per month ($12.75 each) or $43.25 per month with a router <br /> included. The mailbox service would be used in addition to written messages and may be an efficient <br /> office tool. Ms. Gaustad recommended that the City purcha.se three voice mailboxes with the router <br /> included. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded Councilmember Sweeney to authorize the purchase of <br /> three mailboxes with a router for $43.25 per month. Brenner, Sweeney, Mayor Wilharber, Travis aye <br /> Nelson nay. Motion carried. <br /> Council Agenda Items Due Time <br /> Ms. Gaustad requested the Council consider establishing a due date and time for Council agenda items. <br /> Currently, Staffis required to distribute several packets of information. With delays in <br /> receiving pertinent information this causes the Council packet to be delivered late Friday afternoon. <br /> Ms. Gaustad recommended the Council establish a policy specifing the agenda item due date/time and be <br /> submitted by Thursday, noon prior to Council meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Nelson, seconded by Councilmember Sweeney to establish Thursday, <br /> noon prior to Council meetings, be the due date and time for Council agenda items. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> IX. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> Generator Purchase (Centennial Fire� <br /> Mr. March reported Fire Chief Bennett is considering the purchase of a generator. More information <br /> will be available to the Council at a later date. <br /> H.R. Green Flood wav Proposal <br /> Mr. March noted H.R.
