ACTIflN <br /> Special Use Permit - Goetz Landsca�i� <br /> Mr. Paul Palzer (Building Official) stated that it must be ADA accessible if it is used for <br /> ' retail. It must have a paved parking lot to comply with the Americans with Disabilities <br /> ' Act. There will also have to be restrooms. Mr. Buckbee suggested a timeframe be <br /> established. <br /> Ms. Kathy Welk suggested the Commission make plans as to how many gre�n houses and <br /> additional buildings will be approved and when the structures will be removed. <br /> Ms. Linda Broussard Vickers of 6756 Centerville Road questioned if the zoning complied <br /> with the request. Mr. March stated that the zonin� issues were raised and usage was <br /> approved in the district. <br /> Mr. Buckbee requested more information on the ADA, to have more of a definitive site <br /> plan and add a specific date that the mobile building will be removed. Mr. LaMotte <br /> requested more information on restroom facilities. Mr. Buckbee questioned sewer and <br /> �vater hook-up and/or sateilite facilities.
