�ISCUSS ON ITEM� <br /> Dischar�e of Firearms <br /> Of�icer Scott Parks of Circle Pines/Le�ngton Police Department spoke of his personal <br /> experience with 9 mm handguns. He stated hunters are hunting ducks in the bay near <br /> Waterworks Beach Club. He also reviewed the ordinance of Circle Pines/Le�ngton <br /> Police. In the City of Minneapolis - all firearms must be kept in the tn,ink, in box identified <br /> gun with the ammunition kept in another area. He suggested eliminating single projectile - <br /> thus equipping the enforcing officers to remove abused firearms. He stated sling shots and <br /> B.B. guns are problematic. Mayor Wilharber added, that a new Counci] Liaison <br /> will be appointed to cover the Planning Commission meetings.
