FB2
i February 23, 1999
City of Centerville
1880 Main Street
Centerville, MN 55038
Chris and Dan Nelson
1828 Revoir Street
Centerville, MN 55038
RE: Acorn Street Park •
To t Park and Recreation Carunittee,
We would Iike to make it known that we are in favor of seeing the Acorn Creek Park
developed into a children's park. We are aware that negotiations are cunently taking
place on this park and we have an interest in developing Acorn Creek into a family park
for our children. We are also in favar of the City applying for an"Outdoor Recreation
Grant" to aid in project costs.
My husband and I live at 1828 Revoir Street, and we just moved here in September of I
1998. We are planning to have children in the near future, and to have a park close to our
home would be a great benefit. To have a place so close to home would offer us a place
for our family to walk to for family fun, a safe place for our children to travel back and
forth from, and a park that is designed far the enjoyment of our neighborhoods. I
We are willing to support Acorn Creek as a family park, and would appreciate our
requests heard. ,
Thank you,
Chris and Dan Nelson
J / ' , ,` .!J
 Ic-; //, ; i-
 :. .
cc: City Council °
Mayor
