The City would �ike to link azeas <br /> within the city to each other such as neighborhoods, parks and the Village Cent�r <br /> (downtown}. Also, the City would like to link these areas of the city to Anoka Caunty's <br /> Rice Creek Regional Park, which partially lies within the city limits of Centerville. <br /> Development of the trail linkages wit�n the City of Centerville and to Rice Creek <br /> Regional Park would benefit the residents of Centerville as well as residents of Circle <br /> Pines, Lino Lakes, Lexington, Hugo, Blaine and Forest Lake. It would also build on a <br /> visit by the Minnesota Design Team in September of 1998. It is hoped that through a <br /> grant the City can complete its vision for the community and the region. <br /> � <br />
