Don i <br /> Bahneman seconded the motion. All in favor. �� <br /> � <br /> APPEARANCES i <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS �� <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS I <br /> Clearwater Meadows Foot Bridse - Michael Navin referred us to page 52, figure 11 in the <br /> comprehensive plan. He confirmed that there was no mention of a foot bridge in the plan, <br /> it only mentions a proposed trail. The comprehensive plan states Park and Recreations <br /> goals are to establish a system (nothing specific) in the comprehensive plan. Mr. Navin <br /> asked Jim March what the ne� step would be. <br /> Mr. March stated tha,t the camp plan is merely a guide, and that nothing in it is concrete. <br /> He stated that if we instatl a foot bridge, that three-wheelers wili be using/crossing on the <br /> foot bridge. He questioned if there will even be funds available to construct a foat bridge. <br /> He estimated it wi11 probably cost around $20,000.00 to install a nice bridge. He also <br /> mentioned that many of the residents are against installing a bridge. <br />
