City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 28. 20 10 <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser and Administrator Dallas Larson. The purpose of the closed meeting <br />was to complete the annual performance evaluation of City Administrator Dallas Larson. <br />The Council shared their individual evaluations of Dallas Larson. Larson was excused from the <br />meeting briefly while the Council discussed the matter. <br />The meeting was reopened to the public at 8:50 p.m. <br />Action on Item Discussed During Closed Session. <br />Motion made by Council member Paar to approve the performance review of <br />Administrator Larson and that the Council grant 20 hours of additional PTO time for <br />2010, in recognition of outstanding performance and extra meetings required during the <br />past year. Motion seconded by Council member Broussard Vickers, all present voted in <br />favor. The motion passed. <br />The motion made by Council member Love, seconded by Council member Fehbrenbacher to <br />adjourn at 8:55 p.m. Motion passed unanimously. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Love, seconded by Fehrenbacher to adiourn the Aaril 28, 2010 City <br />Council Meeting at 8: 55 o.m. All in favor.
