CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Comm.issioner Wood, Vice- I <br /> Chair of the Commission. � <br /> 1. Roll Call ' <br /> II. PUBLIC INPUT/HEARING The Commission held a fact-finding inquiry to consider the <br /> impacts of the nonconforming zoning designation. The nonconforming designation <br /> impacts properties in the M-1, M-2 and B-1 districts. The City Council directed that P&Z <br /> take comments from the public to determine if property owners are being denied the <br /> opportunity to expand or improve their properties. The following persons expressed their <br /> views on the matter: <br /> Olaf Lee, 1724 Heritage Street. Mr. Lee indicated that he and his family would like to <br /> ' construct a sun room, a bedroom and a garage. T'he home in currently about 2,900 <br /> ' square feet. Would like the zoning changed back until a developer buys the property. <br /> Randy Knadke, 1751 Main Street. Mr. Knadke would like to add two rooms or about <br /> 15% additional square feet of home. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
