City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes April 28, 2010 Mayor Capra corrected Page 5, second paragraph from the bottom, regarding the Good Turn Event; she stated there would not be curb side pick -up for donations in which the minutes incorrectly stated that there would be. Councilmember Broussard Vickers made a correction to Page 6, Closed Executive Session, to strike "Pending Litigation" in the title. Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the April 14, 2010 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. V. CONSENT AGENDA 1. City of Centerville April 15, 2010 through April 28, 2010 Claims (Check #25346 — 25368) & (Check #25369- 25381) 2. Centennial Fire District Claims through April 16, 2010 (Check #4252— 4272) 3. Centennial Police Department Claims through April 22, 2010 (Check #7772- 7787) Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. VI. AWARDS /PRESENTATIONS /APPEARANCES None. VII. OLD BUSINESS I 1. Proposed Amendment to City Code, Chapter 91, Prohibiting the Use of Coal Tar - Based Sealer Products within Centerville City Administrator Larson reviewed background information. Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to adopt Ordinance #34 Second Series, amending City Code, Chapter 91, Prohibiting the Use of Coal Tar -Based Sealer Products within the City of Centerville, Minnesota. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1.
