City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 28, 2010 <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br /> adopt Resolution #10 -010 — Authorizing the Abatement of Special Assessments, <br /> Certified to Anoka County for PID #R14- 31- 22 -33- 0014 — For the years 2010 -2023 <br /> Peltier Lake Drive Improvement Proiect. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. Resolution #10 -011 — Amending the 2010 Budget as Presented <br /> Finance Director Jeziorski reviewed the 2010 Budget including significant revenue <br /> amendments, significant expenditure amendments, net income and fund balance. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br /> adopt Resolution #10 -011 — Approving the Amended 2010 Budget. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3. Anoka Count, Hi . way Department Request for Final Payment — $15.720.95 <br /> CSAH14 <br /> City Administrator Larson reviewed the background information on the final costs. <br /> Councilmember Paar stated that he would like residents to know that City Administrator <br /> Larson put a lot of time and effort reviewing the line by line items on this project, saving <br /> dollars for the City where money could be saved. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br /> Final Payment to Anoka County Highway Department in the amount of $15,720.95 <br /> for the City share of CSAH14 Proiect. Motion carried 4/1 ( Councilmember <br /> Broussard Vickers apposed). <br /> 4. Otter Lake Animal Control Services Annual Contract Renewal <br /> City Administrator Larson reviewed the background information. <br /> Councilmember Broussard Vickers noted she would like a future discussion regarding the <br /> boarding of animals, especially cats, up to 7 days, noted in the contract. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to authorize <br /> Otter Lake Animal Control Services Annual Contract Renewal. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS /UPDATES <br /> 1. City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Administrator Larson reported the City has received a reimbursement grant for the <br /> previous County road project done in which the City was required to pay for the cost of <br /> the trail.
