City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 28, 2010 <br /> asked that the Council consider lacin the amount towards the trail project fund that <br /> p g p J <br /> would take place this year. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to <br /> receipt the reimbursement grant to the Trail Project Fund for 2010. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> City Administrator Larson also reported that the Police Department would be holding a <br /> community meeting tomorrow night, April 29, 2010, at 7 p.m. at St. Genevieve's Church. <br /> He stated the meeting's focus would be on solving problems before they become an <br /> issue, adding if anyone has any concerns they'd like to discuss to please come join the <br /> meeting. <br /> 2. Ma oy r Capra (Fete des Lacs Parade, Flea Market/Good Turn Event, Census, & <br /> EDA Business Assistance) <br /> Mayor Capra reported the Fete des Lacs Parade is progressing. Park and Recreation is <br /> sponsoring a Flea Market May 8, 2010, at the Laurie LaMotte Park. Good Turn Event is <br /> to happen in the spring this year instead of the fall and in conjunction with the Flea <br /> Market. She stated they would be holding an "Ask the Expert" this year, with expertise <br /> in gardening. She also asked Council to consider taking $150 from the EDA Fund and <br /> contribute it to the Cougar Cash Drawings. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br /> approve the use of $150 from the EDA Fund for the Cougar Cash Drawings. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor Capra mentioned that she hoped residents all mailed in their 2010 Census. <br /> 3. Work session <br /> Mayor Capra recommended the scheduling of a work session. It was the consensus of the <br /> City Council to hold a work session Wednesday May 5, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 4. Planning and Zoning <br /> City Administrator Larson stated the Planning and Zoning Meeting would be held May <br /> 11, 2010, which is a week later than normal. <br /> X. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> 1. Review of the City Administrator <br /> At 8:02 p.m., Mayor Capra recessed the Regular Meeting to Closed Executive Session to <br /> discuss the review of the City Administrator.
