City Council discussed and determined it would be best to
meet at the site, April 28, 2010, at 5:30 p.m., with the contractor.

City Administrator Larson also reported on Corner Express’s interest in connecting the
restaurant, liquor store, and gas station to City water and asked what the cost would be. It
was noted the car wash would remain on the well. The City Council discussed the
original unit formula cost and today’s unit cost, with the consensus being that since City
water wasn’t originally available to the business, the connection fee formula to be used
should be the original formula. It was also decided if the car wash were to connect to
City water now, the original formula would also be used; however, if the car wash were
to connect in the future, the current formula would be used.

2.
