20. Attendance at more than one public hearing per Project. <br />21. Assisting the City or its representative in connection with mediation, arbitration, litigation or other <br />proceedings involving a Project, including preparing to testify and testifying as an expert witness. <br />22. Providing one or more full -time Resident Project Representatives (and assistant(s]) in order to <br />provide the City with continuous representation at a Project site during the Construction Phase. <br />23.
