<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 96-17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ST. GENEVIEVE'S APPUCATION FOR <br />AUmORIZATION FOR EXEMPl'ION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING UCENSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Church of St. Genevieve is scheduled for an event on May 22 and <br />August 18, 1996~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Church of St. Genevieve has applied for authorization for exemption <br />from lawful gambling license for the above mentioned days~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City ofCenterviUe City Council that the <br />Church of St. Genevieve be granted approval for a lawful gambling license application for <br />May 22, and August 18, 1996, and that the 30 day waiting period be waived and that the <br />fee be waived. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City ofCenterviUe on the 24th day of April, 1996. <br /> <br />C/~~ <br />Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />&u~'~ <br />Trodi Breuninger, City Clerk J <br />
