<br />f <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT, WAIVING PUBLIC HEARING, ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT, AND ORDERING SHORT STREET IMPaOVEMENT <br />PROJECT #88-1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted April 1~, <br />1988, a report has been prepared by Maier, Stewart and Associates <br />with reference to the improvement of extension of sanitary sewer <br />to serve the properties of: PID #23-31-22-31-0002 (6906 <br />Centerville Road) and PID #23-31-22-31-0001 (6904 Centerville <br />Road), and this report was received by the council on April 27, <br />1988. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 100 percent of the property owners have petitibned for <br />said improvement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 100 percent of the property owners have waived their <br />right to a public hearing on said improvement, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />{ <br /> <br />1. The Counci~ has considered the improvement of such street in <br />acoordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for al~ of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost for the <br />improvement of $11,000. <br /> <br />2. No public hearing will be held on the improvement. <br /> <br />3. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the oouncil <br />resolution adopted the 13th day of April, 1988. <br /> <br />4. Maier, Stewart and Associates are hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and <br />speoifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 11th day of May, 1988. <br /> <br />.
