<br />r <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES TO SPECIFIC LOTS IN THE CENTER OAKS <br />II DEVELOPMENT THAT DO NOT COMPLY TO ORDINANCE #33 (FLOOD PLAIN <br />REGULATIONS) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met <br />Wednesday, April 27, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. in City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City recoanizes <br />Reaulations), and <br /> <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />#33 <br /> <br />(Flood Plain <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined after approval of the final plat <br />of Center Oaks II and after issuance of buildina permits for lots <br />on Center Oaks II that a large portion of the residential <br />development is in the flood plain, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that literal enforcement of the <br />prOVisions of Ordinance #33 will result in unnecessary hardship, <br /> <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City of Centerville that the <br />followina lots be aranted a variance to Ordinance #33 with <br />regard to the flood plain elevation of 906.2: <br />-Lot 3, Block 4 (elevation), <br />-Lot 4, Block 4 (904.9 elevation), <br />-Lot 7, Block 4 (904.5 elevation), <br />-Lot 8, Blook 4 (904.9 elevation), <br />-Lot 12, Blook 4 (906.0 elevation), <br />-Lot 17, Blook 5 (905.8 elevation), <br />-Lot 18, Blook 5 (905.7 elevation), <br />-Lot 19, Block 5 (905.8 elevation), <br />-Lot 21, Block 5 (905.8 elevation). <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council this 11th day of May, 1988. <br /> <br />.~ oe. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Xl~ <br /> <br />~t!'#1!i~ <br />Clerk/Treasur <br />
