<br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of C~nterville <br />met on Wednesday, September 25, 1985 in City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the $870,000.00 <br />General Obligation Bonds be levied for the year 1985 for <br />collection in the year 1986 in the amount of $29,679.61 <br />under Code #818, minus the Green Acre and Senior Citizen <br />Deferments. The figure of $19,271.00 levied for collec- <br />tion in 1986 which was certified to the County Auditor <br />at the time of the bond sale will not be required and <br />should be cancelled, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk certify <br />to the County Auditor of Anoka County the amount of <br />$29,679.61 for the tax levy payable in 1986. <br /> <br />~ R.
