<br />RESOLUTION III <br /> <br />BYLAWS GOVERNING THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />...PARK AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Article I <br />NAME OF COMMITTEE <br /> <br />The name of this committee will be the Centerville Park <br />and Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />Article II <br />PURPOSE OF THIS COMMIT'lEE <br /> <br />The purpose of this committee will be advise or make recommenda- <br />tions to the Centerville City Council on matters relating to <br />Parks and Recreation activity within the City of .Centerville. <br /> <br />In addition, this committee will make recommendations to the <br />Centerville City Council on proposed purchases of park equipment <br />and other expenditures as the committee deems appropriate. <br /> <br />Article III <br />MEMBERSHIP <br /> <br />A. Appointment of Members <br /> <br />The members of this committee will be residents of the City <br />of Centerville and will be appointed by the Centerville City <br />Council in January of each year. <br /> <br />B. Representation <br /> <br />The committee shall consist of five (5) members. <br />member of the Centerville City Council will serve <br />ex-officio member without voting privileges. <br /> <br />One ( 1 ) <br />as <br /> <br />C. Terms of Members <br /> <br />All appointments will be for two (2) year terms.. <br /> <br />D. Vacancy <br /> <br />When a vacancy occurs, a new member will be appointed by <br />the Centeryille City Council as recommended by the Park <br />and Recreation Committee to serve the unexpired term. <br /> <br />
