The organization requesting 3.2 Beer Permit will sign a statement as fOllows, "Our gross sales of non-intoxicating malt liquor does not exceed $10,000.00 annually, whereas we are not subject to dram shop liability insurance." 11. The organization requesting 3.2 Beer Permit will also read the following statement and sign, "The corporation or organization shall not be granted such a permit if any of its officers, directors, shareholders, local managers or local managing agents have been convicted within five (5) years prior to the application for such permit of violation of any law relating to the sale of non- intoxicating malt liquor or of intoxicating liquor, and unless such officers, directors, shareholders, local managers or local managing agents are of good moral character and repu ta tion" . , motion carried. Clerk will record time and date that requests are made for 3.2 Beer Permits. Discussion held on Midwest Pavement Management appearance before council at previous meeting. Clerk is to request letter from MPM stating their procedure in checking streets, exact location and quote on same for presentation at next meeting. Randy Zarbok appeared before council with request for variance as per clerk advisement of P & Z meeting on May 3, 1983. Variance was not granted. Bernard Henrich appeared before council with request for special use permit to operate a marine and power equipment repair shop in garage. Clerk read minutes from P & Z meeting of May 3, 1983 recommending issuance of permit with stipulation of neighbors approval in writing on either side of his residence at 6945 Centerville Road. Mr. Henrich presented letters of approval so noted by clerk and attached to request and $50.00 fee. Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to grant a special use permit to Bernard Henrich, 6945 Centerville Road to operate a marine and power equipment repair shop in garage expiring 12-31-~3, motion carried. Park and Recreation board should be looking for someone to mow park and also fencing to be put on ballfield. Fire Chief Englund requested city consider purchasing a Jeep for approximately $125. from the Federal Surplus Property. Fire Department would also like the $1400. ! )
