The organization requesting 3.2 Beer Permit will <br />sign a statement as fOllows, "Our gross sales of <br />non-intoxicating malt liquor does not exceed <br />$10,000.00 annually, whereas we are not subject to <br />dram shop liability insurance." <br />11. The organization requesting 3.2 Beer Permit will <br />also read the following statement and sign, "The <br />corporation or organization shall not be granted <br />such a permit if any of its officers, directors, <br />shareholders, local managers or local managing <br />agents have been convicted within five (5) years <br />prior to the application for such permit of <br />violation of any law relating to the sale of non- <br />intoxicating malt liquor or of intoxicating liquor, <br />and unless such officers, directors, shareholders, <br />local managers or local managing agents are of good <br />moral character and repu ta tion" . , <br />motion carried. <br />Clerk will record time and date that requests are made <br />for 3.2 Beer Permits. <br /> <br />Discussion held on Midwest Pavement Management appearance <br />before council at previous meeting. Clerk is to request <br />letter from MPM stating their procedure in checking <br />streets, exact location and quote on same for presentation <br />at next meeting. <br /> <br />Randy Zarbok appeared before council with request for <br />variance as per clerk advisement of P & Z meeting on <br />May 3, 1983. Variance was not granted. <br /> <br />Bernard Henrich appeared before council with request <br />for special use permit to operate a marine and power <br />equipment repair shop in garage. Clerk read minutes <br />from P & Z meeting of May 3, 1983 recommending issuance <br />of permit with stipulation of neighbors approval in writing <br />on either side of his residence at 6945 Centerville Road. <br />Mr. Henrich presented letters of approval so noted by <br />clerk and attached to request and $50.00 fee. Motion by <br />Zimny, second by Wilharber to grant a special use permit <br />to Bernard Henrich, 6945 Centerville Road to operate a <br />marine and power equipment repair shop in garage expiring <br />12-31-~3, motion carried. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation board should be looking for someone <br />to mow park and also fencing to be put on ballfield. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Englund requested city consider purchasing <br />a Jeep for approximately $125. from the Federal Surplus <br />Property.
