/"' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of Centarville held their regUlar meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 198) in City Hall. ,Mayor Savela called the meeting to order at 7.00 PM. Present were. Baumann, L'Allier, Wilharber and Zimny. Motion by Wilharber, second by Baumann to approve minutes of April 27, 198) meeting, motion carried. Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber to approve minutes of Board of Review on May S, 198), motion carried. PET.ITIONS AND COMPLAINTS. Co~plaint of dogs barking at nilht keeping people awake on Peltier Lake Drive, unslightly yard at 1862 Main Street and advised clerk to write him a letter to inquire about his plans for the landscaping of yard quoting portion of ordinance relating to same and carbon copy to Burke & Hawkins, City attorney. requesting Lino Lakes to sweep our streets, discussion on the checking of manhole leakage which has been completed as of today. Ordinance llA was discussed at considerable length. The council consensus WaS not to adopt Ordinance but make amendments to Resolution-REGULATIONS FOR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ~MPORARY NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. Motion by L'Alli~r, second by Wilharber to change #8, 9 and add #10 and #11 which now would read. Resolution REGULATIONS FOR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF mMPORARY NON- INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. 1. Hours of ).2 Beer Sale. Saturday - 8.00 AM until 8.00 PM. Sunday - 12.00 Noon until 8.00 PM. Premises must be vacated by 10.00 PM on day of activity. Sanitation facilities in form of portable satellite are to be provided - two in number. Damage deposit is required by City in amount of $200.00 in form of money order, certified or cashier's check. No personal checks. Deposit will be returned to applicant after ten (10) day holding period. Applicant for permit will appear before City Council at least ten (10) day's before event. Applicant is responsible for keeping traffic off of Lavalle Drive during activity. The area8hOll1crbe ClRfiedOf debris, cans and bottles when activity is finished. If the City is required to clean up area after event, the responsible party for the event will be required to reimburse the Ci ty for their services.
