<br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDING ALLOCATION SYSTEM BETWEEN <br />mE COUNTY OF ANOKA AND THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REGARDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br />FY8J <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Title I of the Housing and Community Development <br />Act, 1974, as amended, provides for a program of <br />Community Development Block Grants; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County, Minnesota, qualifies under <br />said law as an "Urban County" eligible to receive <br />Community Development Block Grant funds; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Board of Commissioners has <br />directed the preparation of a plan under the <br />Community Development Block Grant Program in <br />concert with the municipalities of Anoka County. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of <br />Centerville's allocation of $6,499.00 be directed <br />toward Housing Rehabilitation for lower income persons. <br /> <br />
