Motion <br />by Wilharber, second by Laska to approve the Resolution <br />VACATING CERTAIN S~ET AND UTILITY EA~NTS, motion <br />carried. Copy of Resolution is attached to and made a <br />part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber to adjourn hearing, <br />motion carried.
