~SOLUTION CALLING Hb;ARINO ON SmuT AND UTILITY EA~NT VACATION : I "-- WHEREAS, a petition of property owners for the vacation of those certain street and utility 'easements legally de$cribed below,was received on July 20, 1981. NOW ,THE~FOR8, BE IT RESOLVED BY mE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVI~, MINNESOTA 1 1. That the Council will consider the vacation of the street and utility easements and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 23rdday of September, 1981, before the City Council in the City Hall at 7130 pm and the Clerk shall give published and posted notice as required by law. 2. That the street and utility easements to be considered for vacation are as follows 1 h ~. , a.
