That the Council will consider the vacation <br />of street and a public hearing shall be held <br />on such proposed vacation on the 9th day of <br />September, 1981, before the City Council in <br />the City Hall at 7:JO PM and the Clerk shall <br />give published and posted notice as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />2.
