City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 26, 2010 <br />At 7:29 p.m., Mayor Capra recessed the Regular Meeting to Closed Executive Session to <br />discuss with the City attorney, the pending litigation regarding delinquent special <br />assessments Royal Oaks Realty. <br />Present for the closed session were Mayor Mary Capra, Council Members Linda <br />Broussard Vickers, Jeff Paar and D. Love. Also present were City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />and Administrator Larson. <br />City Attorney Glaser reviewed the status of the litigation and a proposed settlement that <br />was offered by Royal Oaks Realty. The Council discussed options and provided <br />guidance to attorney Glaser on what might make for an acceptable settlement. Glaser will <br />report back when he has something further to consider. <br />The meeting was opened to the public at 8:06 p.m. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Paar, seconded by Love to adiourn the Mav 26, 2010 Citv Council <br />Meeting at 8:07 p.m. All in favor.
