CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the Oi ty of Centerville <br />met on Wedriesday, December 27, 1978, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a request for a variance to Ordinance 13, <br />Section 9, SUbdivision 2 dealing with HOURS OF SALE <br />was granted on the fOllowing basisl . <br /> <br />ALL MATTERS OF '!HE ORDINANCE ARE 'ro BE <br />ENFORCED EXCEPT FOR THE MATTER OF <br />REMOVING THi PEOPLE OFF THE PREMISES <br />NO LATER THAN 2100 AM, JANUARY 1, 1979. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the three places <br />of business, ~eing Kelly's Bar, Sherm's Trio Inn and <br />Twin Lakes Supper Club be informed of this variance <br />and also the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />this 27th day of December, 1978. <br /> <br />CI TY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />CLER A.
