W. Houle Landscaping <br />has satisfactorily completed the improvement of sanitary <br />sewer on the following property in accordance with such <br />contract: <br /> <br />(See attached sheet) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Centerville <br />Minnesota, the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved, .and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk_ and Mayor <br />are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />payment on such contract, taking the contractor's receipt <br />in full. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City of Centerville this 27th day of <br />December, 1978. <br /> <br />I...: <br /> <br /> <br />CITY .~ <br />~ctJ. <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
