<br />I <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednes- <br />day, August 9, 1978 in the~City Hall. Mayor Prachar called <br />the meeting to order at 8,00 pm. Present were, Burque, <br />L'Allier, Laska and Murray. Elmer Murray made a motion to <br />accept minutes of meeting held July 26, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made the motion to adopt the following Resolution. <br /> <br />Resolution <br />City of Centerville <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Centerville wishes ~o <br />continue their membership in the League of Minnesota Cities <br />and thereby authorizes the issuance of check #3508 for $144. <br />for September 1978 - September 1979 membership dues in the <br />League. <br /> <br />I <br />\.....-: <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVIL~ <br />/0/ Va.atu ~ <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Floyd Laska seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Leon L'Allier made the motion to adopt the following Resolution. <br /> <br />Resolution <br />City of Centerville <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville approve the claim of Walter Prachar for $130.50 <br />for 29 hours work on July 7, 10 and 11, 1978, cleaning City <br />storm sewer due to damage. <br /> <br />Claim is submitted because this was an emergency and Walter <br />Prachar was the only available person to take care of sit- <br />uation and there was no time to hire the jOb out.
