Mr. Arthur Raudio from First Guaranty was in attendance and discussion was held on the drainage problem on the Palmer and Lundblad properties in the Center Oaks project. The Supplemental Development Contract was read by clerk which pertains to the City and First Guaranty on the Center Oaks project and will be Signed by Mayor. Clerk and First Guaranty officials when Mr. Raudio has the Northwestern . National Bank's letter of credit extended to cover July I, 1979. Cl.erk read letter from Dean Sonnek of Maplewood who owns Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1 in Centerville concerning a weed problem. Floyd Laska made the motion to adopt the following Resolution. RESOLUTION CI TY OF CEN TERVILLE STATE OF MINNESOTA WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Sorel Street from Progress Road to Clearwater Road known as Project #78.2 and to assess the benefited propert,y for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter #429. _fi~w~ MAYOR I I L- and for Engineer to prepare feasibility report on the above project and report to council, Fran Burque seconded it, mo ti.on carr.j.,ed.
