<br />RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS - PROJECT #1-78 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of the <br />following streets was duly presented to the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville on the lOth day of May, 1978. <br /> <br />PLAN A REVISED - (I) This plan includes one-half the cost <br />to complete Centerville Road, <br /> <br />(2) The following streets will have 2- of bituminous pavement <br />and bituminous curb except portions of Heritage, Mound Trail <br />and Mill Road which will not have bituminous curb. <br />Centerville Road (Heritage to Westview) 1800 feet <br />Peltier Lake Drive (County Road #14 to east end) 3970 feet <br />Heritage (LaMotte Drive to 225' east of Progress) 1410 feet <br />Brian {Main Street to 700' south) 1400 feet <br />Sorel (Goiffon to Progress) 475 feet <br />Westview (Centerville Road to 250' west) 350 feet <br />LaMotte Drive (Heritage to south city limits) 2250 feet ~ <br />Goiffon (Heritage to Main) 600 feet <br />Progress (Heritage to Main) 1200 feet <br />Mound Trail (County Road #14 to west city limits) 3195 feet <br />Mill Road (Main Street to urban service district) 4370 feet <br /> <br />\ <br />~ <br /> <br />The following streets will have two applications of oil and <br />plus the addition of 2' of crushed rock, <br />Mill Road (Urban service district to north city <br />limi ts) <br /> <br />TOTAL FRONT FOOTAGE TO BE ASSESSED <br /> <br />sand <br /> <br />2080 feet <br />23,100 feet <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted May <br />17, 1978, a report has been prepared by Milner W. Carley & Associates <br />with reference to the improvement, and this report was received <br />by the council on June 8, 1978; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Centerville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The council finds and determines that said petition was slgned <br />by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named <br />as the location of the improvement. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br />resolution adopted March 22, 1978. <br />J. Milner W. Carley & Associates is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
