A certain petition requesting the improvement of the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />Mound Trail - from C. S.A.H. #14 to City Limits <br />Peltier Lake Drive - from C.S.A.H. #14 to cul-de-sac (east end) <br />Mill Road -from C.S.A.H. #14 to City Limits <br />LaMotte Road - from City Limits to Heritage Street <br />Heritage Street - from LaMotte Road to Clearwater Road <br />Sorel Street - from Goiffon Street to Progress Road <br />Westview Street - from Centerville Road to C.S.A.H. #14 <br />Goiffon Street - from Heritage Street to C.S.A.H. #14 <br />Centerville Road - from Heritage Street to Westview Street <br />Progress Road - from Heritage Street to C.S.A.H. #14 <br />Brian Street - from C.S.A.H. #14 to South end of Platted street <br /> <br />filed with the council on Wednesday, May 10, 1978 is hereby <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property affected thereby declaration is made in con- <br />formity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2.
